The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure our room was ready with the roll-away bed for a comfortable night's sleep. Julie's attention to detail truly stood out, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. the clean and stylish decor throughout the hotel made us feel right at home. The breakfast options were satisfying, although the layout could get a bit crowded at times. the coffee, especially the dark roast option, was excellent and accessible throughout the day. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy, allowing us to bring along our furry companion for the trip. The hotel's convenient location within a large shopping area provided plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. the air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi were spacious and bright, equipped with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. the indoor pool and fitness center added to the overall experience, ensuring we could unwind after a day of exploring Morgantown. Overall, Hampton Inn & Suites Morgantown/University Town Centre exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality.
